Christmas Competition Terms

Win a Private Platinum Experience at the Funkytown Sauna & Seaweed Bath Sanctuary, Fountainstown

The promoter

1. The promoter is Funkytown Adventure Centre Ltd, Fountainstown, Co. Cork (“Funkytown”, “we”, “us”).

Who can enter

2. The competition is open to people aged 18 or over who live in the Republic of Ireland.
3. Funkytown staff, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the competition cannot enter.

How to enter

4. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
5. To enter, complete the entry form on funkytown.ie/christmas. This is the only way to enter.
6. Following, liking, sharing or commenting on our social media posts is welcome but is not required and does not count as an entry.
7. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be counted as one.
8. The competition closes at 23:59 on Sunday 29 November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

The prize

9. There is one prize: a Private Platinum Experience at the Funkytown Sauna & Seaweed Bath Sanctuary, Fountainstown, worth €480.
10. The prize is two private hours at the Sanctuary, with private use of the 8-seater Finnish sauna and six hot seaweed baths. The winner is welcome to bring whoever they like, and guests are free to share the seaweed baths.
11. The session must be booked in advance with Funkytown and is subject to availability. The prize must be used by 30 November 2027.
12. The winner’s guests must be aged 18 or over, unless agreed with us in advance.
13. The prize is not transferable and has no cash alternative. Travel to and from Fountainstown is not included.
14. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may offer a prize of equal or greater value.

The draw and the winner

15. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Monday 30 November 2026.
16. We will contact the winner by email or phone using the details given on the entry form. If the winner does not reply within 14 days, we may draw another winner.
17. We may ask the winner to show proof of age and address.
18. With the winner’s agreement, we may share their first name and county on our website and social media.

Your information

19. We use the information you give us to run the competition and contact the winner. We will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
20. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

General

21. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or run by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok.
22. We may disqualify entries that are incomplete, made automatically or that break these terms.
23. We may change or cancel the competition if circumstances outside our control make this necessary.
24. By entering, you accept these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
